My day…

Had a super bad day food wise. No I did not binge or even eat anything bad…

I have had no food all day.

Woke up today and had a protein shake then went to the gym at 8 am. I felt sick since the moment I woke up. I made it through my workout thankfully. Came home tried to have some protein and I couldn’t even finish my shake which is so not like me. Tried to eat a banana, that was difficult too.

Tried to have some whole wheat pasta with zucchini. Barely ate 6 noodles.

So it is now 730 pm and I am eating chicken, brown rice, and broccoli. I’m happy I’m getting good clean food into my body finally. Downside, is the terrible sickness I felt before has subsided by is now replaced by the terrible feeling of deprivation.

Hope tomorrow I wake up feeling normal so I can properly give my body what it needs.


Not even gonna make my caloric needs today :/ gah!!!!

Need some suggestions..

Thursday I have to take my kids (I work at a middle school) on a field trip. This means I have to bring my lunch!! There will be no microwave or anything so whatever I bring needs to be able to just be eaten how it is. Do you guys have any healthy suggestions on what I should bring?

Haven’t posted in a while…

Life has been crazy lately. The semester is coming to an end and it’s making me go crazy!!

Haven’t made the best food choices. Today I came home and I had the shakes (blood sugar problem) and immediately grabbed the closest food to me. This consisted of two hot dogs with baked beans and macaroni and cheese. Blehhhh. Felt so sick after. But I had to eat something fast or else I pass out lol

But! I just had 6 mini snickers and a few mini m&m’s (I like mini things I guess)

And yesterday i consumed a lot of alcohol, chips, and little sandwiches. Blah.

Shit. What am I doing to myselffffff!

I think this semester is truly getting to me, my focus that was on health/fitness has shifted to school and doing everything I can to balance the work load.

Now I need to learn to how balance school AND my lifestyle I was doing good with.

Gonna try and get a handle on some things. Wish me luck!

All you peanut butter and jelly lovers out there… I’ve got the all natural peanut butter covered, and I have been using sugar free jelly.. but is there another healthier alternative to jelly?

Pineberry! Looks like a strawberry, but it is white. The seeds are red and it tastes like a pineapple :)

Question….

For all my follows that eat greek yogurt.. how do you do it?!

I tried greek yogurt once.. I got the plain and I mixed in blueberries cause I was told that it would help with the taste. Wrong. Tasted like straight up nastyness. Felt like I was eating a bowl of sour cream.

Do you guys not think it tastes like sour cream?

Maybe if I try a different brand or flavor it might not taste as bad. I really want to eat it because its a great healthy snack but its hard with the taste.

So, followers, what kind of greek yogurt do you eat and have you ever experienced the same thing as me?!

Nursing a food baby at the moment

Just had the best meal ever. Some turkey breast, broccoli, cranberry sauce, and last but not least… Candy yams!!!

I could legit eat this everyday of my life. It’s whipped up yams with sour cream and some other junk.. You spread it out in a pan like you would a cake, cover with mini marshmallows, then bake in the oven!

The marshmallows aren’t so healthy but it’s an incredibly delicious dish, I can’t even tell you.

Ah. Soooo satisfied. I love food :D
