My day…
Had a super bad day food wise. No I did not binge or even eat anything bad…
I have had no food all day.
Woke up today and had a protein shake then went to the gym at 8 am. I felt sick since the moment I woke up. I made it through my workout thankfully. Came home tried to have some protein and I couldn’t even finish my shake which is so not like me. Tried to eat a banana, that was difficult too.
Tried to have some whole wheat pasta with zucchini. Barely ate 6 noodles.
So it is now 730 pm and I am eating chicken, brown rice, and broccoli. I’m happy I’m getting good clean food into my body finally. Downside, is the terrible sickness I felt before has subsided by is now replaced by the terrible feeling of deprivation.
Hope tomorrow I wake up feeling normal so I can properly give my body what it needs.
Not even gonna make my caloric needs today :/ gah!!!!
